Angular Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer to join our growing team to develop mobile and web applications.

Job Description

You will work closely with other developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications using Angular.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and deploying production quality applications
  • Strong proficiency in Angular 2 and TypeScript
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with mobile app development principles, including responsive design and performance optimization for iOS and Android platforms
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional frameworks and libraries such as RxJS and Ionic
  • Experience with .NET Core, C#, and MSSQL
  • Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes

Publishing Production Specialist

We are seeking a team member to handle a variety of deadline-oriented production responsibilities for our Travax web publication.

Job Description

  • Updating, maintaining, and publishing all Travax content, including
    • Destination-specific disease and safety information
    • Library articles and literature reviews
    • Email alerts for Travax subscribers
  • Collaborating with various departments for planning, preparation, and publishing of content to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
  • Maintaining databased information and documents via our internal content management system
  • Liaising with editors, content creators, and developers as needed for troubleshooting purposes
  • Participating in bi-weekly interdepartmental content meetings
  • Fielding and processing data requests from content creators, researchers, or medical advisers
  • Collaborating with development and publication team members on improvements for and testing of content management tools
  • Assisting in maintenance of relevant, internal instructional materials
  • Providing editorial support (proofreading, copyediting, formatting) as needed
  • Participating in projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, Commonmark preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of production workflow management systems
  • Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Familiarity with copyediting, proofreading, and grammar rules
  • Familiarity with medical literature is a plus, but not required
